As Organisational Psychologists, Winsborough Limited has exacting standards when it comes to the assessments we use.

In 1999 we started searching for the best personality assessments available. Our search led us to Hogan Assessment Systems ("HAS"). HAS are global leaders in personality-based selection processes, backed with the world's largest research.

Professor Robert Hogan's ambition to reunite personality measurement with personality research has resulted in important, conceptually coherent, and psychometrically sound Hogan Assessment instruments.

The focus of these measures on predicting job success and their business related structure, provides a sound basis for selection decisions.

Winsborough has developed a close working partnership with Professor Hogan. We work with his research and development team to ensure the normative database is up-to-date and relevant for New Zealand, and that the validity studies we carry out for our New Zealand clients are of an international standard.

The Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) has been released in 2007 as the first cognitive assessment measure that identifies decision-making style in a business environment. The HBRI was developed exclusively on working adults and is designed specifically to predict real-world performance and occupational success.
